2.2 Ordering Process

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Energyne
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Order confirmation emails constitute acceptance of your order
• Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable

2.3 Product Availability

• All products are subject to availability
• If products become unavailable after ordering, we will notify you immediately
• You may choose a substitute product or receive a full refund

3. Pricing and Payment

• Standard delivery charge: $3.50 SGD per order
• Free delivery on orders above $60 SGD
• Express delivery and special handling may incur additional charges

5. Returns and Refunds

• You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in their original packaging and condition
• Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
